Playing to Not Lose — Always Loses

Watching the Super Bowl a couple of months ago reminded me of this idea: playing not to lose. It’s something that the Eagles provided a stark contrast to. Instead of playing it safe and killing time, they made a conscious decision not to play scared. They continued to exploit the strategies that got them ahead and kept the pedal to the metal. The result? They ended up winning the Super Bowl.
